The time is very close for my German trip to begin.
On May 30th, I'll be leaving for 6 months, returning Dec. 12th.

For those that want to periodically checkup on me, I started a web-blog.
www.reisender.proboards.com (traveller) I'll post pics and anything I find amusing.

I'm not sure what I'll be doing, but work is not it for sure. I've emailed 2 guys in the area that are into HEMA, so if I feel so inclined, I'll pass on a friendly Ordo 'hello' to them. (note to self, not everyone views a solid front-kick as a hello) :)

Keep up the good work and continue to bring it on. I wish everyone goodbye and will see you at either a Yule party, or next year's Ordo practices.

Having a great time. Joined a martial arts class. Seems to have a lot of Wing Chun influence. Class is run like an Ordo class is run. I see no indication of rank, black tee shirts and black sweat pants. Nice. Wish I knew what they were saying though. :)

Not needing a car is awesome! I can walk pretty much anywhere I want to go. Otherwise, a bike is used. During inclement weather, I can hop on the bus. The buses here are not filled with the same personalities as in the US. Pretty much normal people in there.

I'm staying until May 2013 now. Hopefully, I can simply live here. I need a job for that though. I'm attending intensive language classes, so that should help me.

If I can stay, I'll come back and ship my stuff over here. There's a midieval festival this weekend at the Stone bridge. Wish I could dress up!
