So we're going to skip Superbowl Weekend and have our first February event on Sunday February 12th.

For the weapons portion I figure we can go ahead and drill sword & shield, spear, and staff. If we have time, we might do a little bit of light weapons sparring.

I'm not sure what Seth and Dallas have planned for hand to hand, but I figure going over the clench would probably be a good thing. You guys chime in if you have some specific plans.

I'm also calling a War Council to discuss this year's budget, training, and other activities.

Awesome, now I'll actually be able to come to the next open training day. Oddly enough, if it were on superbowl sunday, I would have had to miss it for a reason other than the superbowl.

The event on the 12th, is it going to be training or tournament?

It will be a followup training day, building on the concepts we trained in January. The first real tournament event will be March 4th.
