Seth and I mixed it up today. There was a bit of helmet contact, but the swordblades are doing great!

We really enjoyed the workout, and obviously the more we can do, the better we will get.

I grabbed some protective shorts, which were pretty good. I just need to tailor the black/yellow gear to fit me.

Despite the heat, it is much, much easier to fight like this, than with the 60lbs of metal!

Seth had a couple of good lumps, looks like you guys had a good work out.

I was padded pretty well, no detectable bruises. (still got the ones from the week prior, though)

It was a very good workout, and look forward to more!
