Dislocation
Went to the orthopedic today and he told me that my elbow is completely healed. He also commented that he's never seen a dislocation heal so quickly.
I asked him how long I should wait before any strenuous activity. He said the muscles and tendons will need some more time before any serious use. Six months was his suggestion so that puts me in the ring again for the June tournament. Meanwhile, I'll be doing cardio and coming to tourneys at least to judge and hang out.
