Longsword Pad Workout

 Longsword Pad WorkoutJake taught this to us late Saturday and it's a great workout for cardio, footwork, and accuracy. I'm guessing it could probably be adapted to just about every weapon.

Re: Longsword Pad Workout I just wanted to bump this topic up, because of the great value this simple excercise is.
I've been using these techniques against my mannequin, and can attest to the difference it makes. Hopefully, the techniques work against living opponents as well.  |
