The guy who did that video is Jay Vail, a very nice guy and probably the top HEMA dagger guy in the US right now if not the world. There is also an Austrian group which is also pretty good with the daggers (I'll post one of their vids below) Jay recently quit the ARMA along with a lot of other guys and is putting together the first ever South Eastern regional independent HEMA event in Tallahasse in early to mid November of this year.

Here is another dagger vids from Europe, these are public demonstrations so a little showy but they are historically accurate. You guys could do stuff similar to this at your Ren Fair easily enough, though I don't know if you do that kind of demo, it also shows some Asian techniques. This is another public demonstration video I like from another Austrian group, a little more silly kind of presentation to please a crowd, but again, pretty accurate techniques from the Lichtenauer tradition. You may recognize certain close similarities to some of the disarms I showed you.
