Re: One Hundred _____-Ups
...still 45 p-ups every morning. I skipped my evening p-ups last night due to coming in late.
45 is still tough, so I'll stay at this level for another week.

Re: One Hundred _____-Ups
Meg started working again this week, so I've had a lot of days where I get home in just enough time to cook, eat, shower and go to bed. It's going to be very difficult for me to do workouts now.
Missed my wednesday workout. I had planned to do it yesterday but just... didn't. I guess I'll do it today and then restart this week AGAIN on Monday =\

Re: One Hundred _____-Ups
If you can do nothing else, just do one set of pushups in the morning. Every morning.
I just bumped up to 50 p-ups, 2 days ago. Since I have started, I only missed 2 mornings. I often skip the evening reps, and when I do them, I only do 20+.
I could have done 55 this morning, but decided to stay with 50 for a week or so.
