the pit maybe muddy but the gravel in the road before the "keep" could lend for more stable ground.....if soggy

I think I will skip out on this one. I'll just have to wait until September for the next trials.
I'm meeting with a new tenant today. My rental unit has gone for 4 months with no tenant, so this is pretty important.
