The Barnes and Noble off Corporate has a couple of copies left of Medieval Combat by Hans Talhoffer available for $8. They're on the History display in the center isle right as you walk in.

I haven't checked the book extensively, but the contents lists a large variety of mounted, unmounted, armed, and unarmed combat techniques. Some weapons listed are longsword, poleaxe, spear, sword and shield, and dagger. The book contains original plates with very short modern descriptions, so it will take a little bit of deciphering to figure out. At $8 for a hardcover copy, I couldn't pass it up.
