WMA (Western Martial arts) Sword and Self Defense.

First of its kind in the Ark-La-Tex

(No Experience Needed) Please bring any gear you have Single Stick, Fencing mask, Sword Wasters, Cup protection, Also punching pads.

kicking & punching pads along with shin guards, safety goggles and more sparring equipment will be needed for Self Defence class ( Note) If you have none of the above please send me a message, I will try to bring as many as I can.

Sunday you will have a chance for martial exchange and matches for anyone who would like to participate.

Certificate of completion will be awarded on Sunday.
