Hmm, very interesting. You notice that he does not mention what plastic he is using.
It looks like Acetal or Acetron, but that material is too brittle for the application. I wanted to try UHMW but it is not as shiny. If we can find out what material it is made from then making them sould be very cheap. probably like thirty Dollars.

That;s pretty cool...I bet that'd hurt to get hit with though. Ah what the hell, you'd here the hit better ;)
