Greetings all. A couple of people mentioned buying a helmet last tourney. Somehow word has spread that bluegoose is no more. Here's the link:

This is the cheapest place I've found for the simple and adaptable barbute helmet. Please post a link if you find it cheaper.

yeah,the face guard totdaly suck,started cuting on it ;)>lol.icut off the part that dallas pointed out with hes staff i think or spaer.and i cut the center off the chen guard.folded it down.so im redesigneing it. got any ideas?

If you use a chin strap, you would not need to pad the front of the helmet much (if at all). However, I think most people have padding all around their helmet, and do not use a chin strap.

Perhaps get some stiff paper or light cardboard, and make some different visors. Experiment using more than one piece of paper for your visor piece.
