Yesterday, I picked up the hammers again, and started working to complete the second pauldron that I was working on. So far, so good. I'll post some pics later. Anyway, figured the news might get some people excited about having their gear ready early for RenFest. |

Pauldrons are done. They are not bad, but suffer from some hammer-marks. I started working on the old set of clamshell gauntlets. One is mostly complete. Although they could be lighter, they are very tough and should be great protection against a steel blade. |
