Are tabards allowed to be worn over the armor like so?


Because I kinda like the Templar Tabard and I have people who can make me a tabard with a Templar design on it. So it match my outfit and I wouldnt look so rugged . Not about looks yeah I know but just curious =]

Only asking because if I were to Join Ordo Procinctus and do Ren Fest stuff I would like to walk around to do a little LARP'ing with the people. Talking and etc

I wouldn't recommend wearing it during a fight as it will most likely get tore up. In the off season aesthetics aren't as important, but still appreciated. During the RenFest season, your kit (armor tunic banner etc) should be as aesthetically pleasing/period as it is functional. I myself have planned what you have in mind also, just haven't had time to make it yet.

I say go for it. Yeah, it may get torn eventually, but if you stay ontop of repairs (sewing) it will still look good.
