I'll be placing a rattan order early next week.

I will likely order 6' pieces to save on shipping.

Sizes will be 1" and 1-1/4". All pieces will have the skin on them.

Rattan will be sold at cost to anyone that needs it. Perhaps Sir Jason can host a 'build a sword' workshop before RenFest for everyone. We could crank out swords and staves! (goodness knows we need them)

I need rattan for a short sword and spear.

We are not by any means short on staves at the house but we are severely short on short swords. We could use a couple long swords as well.

I too need rattan, I have a sword that needs repair, and one that needs replaced.

Iwould be more than happy to assist anyone in any way to build weaponry. Just get with me in some way or another.
I could use some shorter pieces for 1-handers, and...a possible 2-hander.

I figured that we all get together and crank out weapons. People can lay claim to what they want then.

Ok...the only thing is to pick up some assorted colors of duct-tape, some heater hose, and...those 1/4 inch cap pads you can pick up from Wal-Mart. I will get what I can, but...whatever any one else can throw in would be a big help. I am in the midst of an impending divorce, and...I am having to move again as well, so...funds are tight at the moment. I will do what I can, though.

Is it 1/4" camp pads or 1/2" camp pads?

I need to pick up supplies for myself anyways, so I can get a couple extra pads and afew extra rolls of tape.

Where can you get the heater hose?

Here's the order: All pieces are 9 foot long and have the skin still on.

(4 pieces) 1-3/8"

We should be able to get 12 one-handers and 12 two-handers out of this, or some staves and less two-handers.

You can get heater hose at Autozone. I guess you get a piece as big around as your thumb. Perhaps Sir Jason can confirm?

I have brown duct tape and I think I have a roll of regular gray and some silver too. Anyway, whatever I have can be used for anyone.
